Your provincial union, the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario (ETFO), surveyed you and your ETFO colleagues across the province in November to determine your priorities for the Central Bargaining Table.
ETT is surveying you and your colleagues to hear the key issues and demands you want ETT to fight for at the Local Bargaining Table when we begin negotiations with the Toronto District School Board next year.
The reality of what you’re asked to do in your schools has changed so radically over the last two years, and you need a collective agreement that reflects this.
