2 weeks ago, the TDSB unjustly fired 2 Teachers at Bowmore. On Thursday, Jan. 29th, 8 more Teachers were suspended without pay.
This is unprecedented. These are beloved Teachers in their community.
Decisions from the TDSB while under provincial supervision – like increased class sizes, cuts to special education supports, zero transparency in decision-making, and an escalation in punitive measures against the very staff who make this system work – have been disastrous for students and staff alike.
Enough is enough.
On Tuesday, February 3rd, demonstrate your support and solidarity for your colleagues, and for the schools our students deserve!

- Come to the TDSB Office at 5050 Yonge Street, at 4:30 pm on Tuesday, February 3, 2026. We’ll rally together to demand justice for our colleagues, respect for our voices, and the schools our students deserve!
