Register below for the upcoming 2SLGBTQIA+ Committee’s Conference from 8:30 am – 3 pm on Saturday, May 24th at OISE (252 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M5S 1V6).
We are excited to explore this year’s conference theme, Learning from Our Queer Past and Present Struggles to Survive and Thrive, with a variety of exciting workshops and presenters, including:
- Keynote address from speaker Tim McCaskell
- Drag Story Hour with Gila Munster
- Meet in the Middle – the 2SLGBTQIA+ and Muslims with Sultan Rana
- How to Start a GSA or Rainbow Club with ETT Teachers
- 2SLGBTQIA+ Awareness in Primary Classrooms with ETFO’s Nikki Kovacs
Food and refreshments will be provided by Ghazale and Earth & City, as well as additional resources and giveaways for attendees.
