ETT will hold a General Meeting on Thursday, January 29 2026 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Members are encouraged to attend either virtually or in person at the ETT Office.
Please be sure to bring a smartphone or other device that can connect to the meeting via Zoom.
Deadline to register is 12 pm on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.
Members have the right to place items on the agenda. Items should be forwarded to Connie Ying at cying@ett.on.ca by 4:00 p.m., on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 for inclusion on the published agenda.
A complete agenda will be sent to all registered members prior to the event. Registered participants will receive an email with a link prior to the meeting with which to join the General Meeting virtually at 5:00 p.m. Please check your spam/junk mail as well for this. If you are attending in-person, please bring your device to participate in the meeting and voting.
