Michelle is a dynamic social worker, parent/caregiver engagement strategist, and innovative community builder transforming education through meaningful collaboration. With over 20 years of experience in Canada’s largest school board, she has led groundbreaking engagement policies, developed professional learning programs, and empowered front-line staff and school councils. A trusted coach to principals and vice-principals, Michelle equips education leaders with the tools to foster authentic, equity-driven partnerships with families.
A relentless advocate for dismantling systemic racism and institutional inequities, Michelle founded the Parents/Caregivers Talking Race Series and delivers impactful anti-oppression training and keynotes worldwide.
