After careful consideration of feedback provided to me from ETT members and members of the ETT Executive, I am writing to advise that the ETT General Meeting, originally scheduled to take place in-person on April 13 at 5:00 pm, will now take place as a virtual event.
While we believe that sufficient measures had been put in place to optimize health and safety at the venue, we recognize members’ current concerns about a nascent surge of COVID-19 cases. We do not want this to deter or discourage participation and therefore this decision is being made out of an abundance of caution.
Members who register to attend the General Meeting will be provided with a link to attend following the registration deadline on April 11th.
