- Date: Wednesday, June 18, 2025
- Retirees (and their guests) registrations begin at 5 pm
- Award winners, stewards, regional organizers, and ETT members (and their guests) registrations begin at 5:30pm
- Reception, buffet dinner, awards presentations, and entertainment until 10 pm
- Location: Palais Royale – 1601 Lake Shore Boulevard West
