ETT has achieved a significant win at arbitration in relation to supervision requirements of teachers during inclement weather.
ALL assigned supervision minutes must be communicated via the supervision schedule, even during inclement weather. Aggregate weekly supervision duties must not exceed the cap of 80 minutes outlined in L – D.17.2 of the Collective Agreement regardless of weather. Members should refer to the ETT Memo and Minutes of Settlement below for further information.
