“Teachers want to be a part of the solution, but it needs to be done thoughtfully.”
The Ford government has failed us, giving the TDSB only scrap parts to work with, explains Brown, describing virtual classrooms with 40-plus kids—a “warehousing of students.”
“We are in a pandemic and we need to keep our students and our communities safe. We need funding for smaller class sizes and more teachers.”
