We urge all Members to take time to provide feedback directly to the Board by participating in the Thought Exchange recently released by the TDSB. When the Board last issued this method for Members to provide input to the Board it was most useful in our discussions with the TDSB.
The Board’s feedback opportunities are in three broad categories:
- Mental Health and Wellbeing;
- Health and Safety; and
- System Operations (e.g. communications, relationships, and professional learning).
You will have the opportunity to both provide your own input and to amplify the input of others’ that reflects your personal experience and feelings.
