ETT will hold a General Meeting on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Members are encouraged to attend either virtually or in-person at the ETT Office.
A complete agenda, including motions, will be sent to all registered members prior to the event.
*Members have the right to place items on the agenda. Items should be forwarded to Connie Ying at cying@ett.on.ca by 4:00 p.m., on Monday, November 27, 2023 for inclusion on the published agenda. Motions from the floor may be limited due to the technical nature of screening and providing motions to voting members during a virtual meeting.

Deadline for In-Person Registration: 4:00 pm on Sunday, November 26, 2023.
Deadline for Virtual Registration: 7:30 pm on Tuesday, November 28, 2023.
Registered participants will receive an email with a link prior to the meeting with which to join the General Meeting virtually at 5:00 p.m. on November 29. Please check your spam/junk mail as well for this. If you are attending in-person, please bring your device to participate in the meeting and voting.
