Monday, September 7, 2026 marks the 154th anniversary of the first labour march in the streets of Toronto—and Teachers, Education Workers, and your colleagues in labour and community will be out in full force. Join us for a lively parade, music, sign-making, and gathering together at the Exhibition Grounds for the final day of the CNE!
WHEN: Meet at 9 am, Monday, September 7, 2026
LOCATION: SECTION 2 – On University Avenue, south of Queen Street West in the southbound lanes of University. Click here for a map.
Limited parade apparel, food tickets, and wristbands (which will allow marchers to enter the CNE grounds) will be distributed to registered participants at the meeting place before the parade starts.
