- August 2020:ETT working in collaboration with other Education unions, including OSSTF and CUPE 4400, was able to successfully force the TDSB to:
- Introduce a mandatory mask policyfor all students in all grades.
- Not adopt a hybrid model.
- October 2020: ETT was able to successfully negotiate a Local Collective Agreement with the TDSB.
