On July 29, 2020, members of the ETT Executive took a break from COVID-19 planning to take action at PC MPP Robin Martin’s constituency office to remind Premier Doug Ford and his government of their pledge to prioritize a safe September for our students and educators.
In Doug Ford’s own words, “nothing is more important than protecting our kids in this province, bar none over anything.”
Unfortunately, the Ford government has forgotten this, choosing political expediency with its ill-prepared plan instead of the funding our schools need.
