The Period Purse strives to achieve menstrual equity by providing people who menstruate with access to free menstrual products, and to reduce the stigma surrounding periods through public education and advocacy.
The Elementary Teachers of Toronto is collaborating with Period Purse to procure desperately needed menstrual products.
Members can donate in kind to the Period Purse at locations throughout the city
or
make a monetary donation
To mark Menstrual Health Day (MHD) on May 28th, the ETT Status of Women Committee invites ETT members to donate to the Period Purse.
Drop off locations are available until May 28th and the financial donations support can be made until June 4th.
