The Chinese Workers Network, as part of the Diverse Workers Network supported by the Toronto and York Region Labour Council, is celebrating the 2023 Lunar New Year (the Year of the Rabbit) with a banquet and educational event on Friday, February 24, 2023. It will be hosted at the Zunyan Fine Dining & Banquet located in Scarborough. As with all of banquets and events, the Chinese Workers Network (CWN) uses social events as educational opportunities with Chinese union members to engage them into the broader labour movement and into electoral politics.
ETT is inviting five members that they will pay for to come and witness this incredible celebration and enjoy the 10-course Chinese meal.
