This exciting program, hosted by the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario, is for members who identify as women and are seeking opportunities to further develop leadership skills in the union spaces.
Women in Action III is a four-day, two-session program (May 19–20, 2022) extending from Women in Action I & II. It will focus on profiling diverse women’s leadership in the union, building a strong collective anti-oppressive/intersectional feminist framework, learning about collective bargaining, public speaking, building allyship, and much more!
