Presented by Equity & Social Justice Committee, ETFO Equity and Women’s Services, and EWS Workshops, the Why Poverty? workshop examines poverty issues and their impact on learning communities. Participants will challenge assumptions about poverty, explore different resources to raise awareness of poverty issues, and develop different strategies for anti-poverty advocacy within school communities.
