Dear ETT Stewards,
On Wednesday, April 29, ETFO members across the province will take part in a visible Day of Action in support of smaller classes, better staffing, safer schools, and real investment in public education.
To make sure every school is ready, we are holding short ward meetings for stewards. At these meetings, you will get:
- the plan for April 29
- speaking points for your staff
- guidance on the walk-in / group photo
- messaging for members and families
- answers to common questions
Ward meeting dates:
- Thursday, April 9 at 4:45 p.m.
- Wednesday, April 22 at 4:45 p.m.
Please register below for one of these meetings. We are asking every school to have steward representation.
At your school, the goal is simple:
- members wear red
- members wear the button/sticker on April 29
- members gather briefly for a photo / walk-in
- members help deliver a public message about what investment in education means in your workplace
