Steward Training is where you get the tools: how to read the CA and win on it, how to push back on TDSB policy, how to organize your coworkers, and how to actually use your health and safety protections.

- Wednesday, October 21 — Westin Harbour Castle (transit accessible, parking limited)
- Thursday, October 22 — Don Valley Hotel and Suites (transit accessible, parking availability)
- Both days: 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Release time covered by ETT. Light breakfast and hot lunch provided. Transportation costs beyond your regular commute will be reimbursed.

Attendance is limited to members registered with ETT for 2026-2027 as a Steward, Alternate, Co-Steward, or School Action Team member.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN MY SCHOOL SEND?
Every registered school can send its Steward. Additional spots for Alternates, Co-Stewards, and School Action Team members depend on the size of your staff:
- Under 20 staff: 1 Steward
- 20 to 29 staff: 1 Steward, plus 1
- 30 to 49 staff: 1 Steward, plus 2
- 50 or more staff: 1 Steward, plus 3
