The ETT Status of Women Committee is hosting a Wellness Series for members, where members will learn healthy eating strategies and test out new healthy recipes for busy women. Everyday pressures build up and it's important to create routines and antidotes that soothes the strains of life.
Amid chaotic work schedules, teaching duties, and day-to-day life stressors, it's important to stay peaceful and healthy - and keep things delicious!
We will be creating some hands-on recipes for you to test out and take home. All self-identifying women members welcome.
